Defendant appeals his sentences, which were imposed by the trial court following remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
PROCEDURAL HISTORY
This case comes before us for the second time on appeal.
Defendant, John Esteen, was convicted by a jury in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court on October 27, 2000, of two counts of possession of cocaine over 400 grams (Counts 2 and 5), conspiracy to possess cocaine over 400 grams (Count 8), and attempted possession of cocaine over 400 grams (Count 10).
