MEMORANDUM OPINION
GUIN, District Judge.
Plaintiff Pamela Matthews O/B/O of Jonathan Dixon brings this action pursuant to the provisions of section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, [hereinafter the Act], 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), 1 seeking judicial review of a final adverse decision of the Commissioner of Social Security [hereinafter Commissioner]. Application for Child’s SSI was filed August 16, 2000. This application was denied. Request for a hearing before an administrative law judge [hereinafter ALJ] [Jerry C.
