HOFFMAN, JUSTICE.
The defendants appeal from an order of the trial court, entered March 27, 1963, appointing a receiver, pendente lite, to take charge of the assets of defendant Sherwood Land Company, a corporation.
Plaintiff Harold Liddell filed a verified complaint alleging fraudulent conduct of defendant Noel Smith and praying for the liquidation and dissolution of the corporation in which he and Noel Smith owned the stock.
