In this case the plaintiff, by his amended petition filed June 5, 1925. alleged, in substance, that for more than 20 years he had been the owner and lived upon the N.E-⅛ of section 36, township 25 north, range 1 west in Kay county, Okla., and was also the owner of a valid lease upon the N.W.% of section 36 In said township.
