OPINION

SIMANDLE, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Debra Connolly and Douglas Connolly, the parents and natural guardians of Brooke Connolly, a minor, original ly filed this complaint in New Jersey state court, alleging that defendants Aetna U.S. Healthcare, Health Maintenance Organization of New Jersey, Camden County Obstetrics and Gynecology, Larry S. Rosen, M.D., Paul J. Zinsky, M.D., and/or Richard C. Park, M.D., were negligent in rendering treatment to Debra Connolly while she was pregnant with Brooke Connolly, a quadriplegic, who now suffers from permanent disabilities, including cerebral palsy…
