Adam Lloyd Shepard appeals following his convictions of manslaughter with a weapon and leaving the scene of a crash involving death. We address two issues raised by Appellant and affirm the remaining issues without comment. Appellant first challenges the reclassification of his manslaughter conviction from a second-degree felony to a first-degree felony based on his use of a “weapon,” when the “weapon” was an automobile.
