MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

From January 9, 2012 to January 11, 2012, the court conducted a three-day bench trial in this case. The parties presented documentary exhibits and witness testimony related to the transactions at issue. Based on this evidence, the court finds and concludes that the defendant Ashland, Inc. (“Ashland”) breached a series of contracts with the plaintiff Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corporation (“Beauty Manufacturing”) and must pay a total of $231,016.43 in damages.
