Appellees Velma Carroll, joined by her husband, Pete Carroll, Lois Kendrick, joined by her husband, Ernest Kendrick, Edith Ballard, joined by her husband, Wesley Ballard, and J. D. Wall, as next friend of his son, James Wall, a minor, filed this suit on August 18, 1934, against appellants, J. B. McLeod, R. W. Norton, and United Production Corporation, and against J. T.
