Appeal from two orders of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Frederic Block, J.) entered December 23, 2013, granting the government writs of garnishment directing that certain monies owned by Cohan, but in the control of third parties, be transferred to the United States to satisfy Cohan’s restitution obligations.
