In view of the large amount involved and the number of exceptions in the record presenting many interesting questions, we were willing to re-bear this case. It was ably argued by counsel upon full and exhaustive briefs and we have, with the aid thereof, carefully re-examined the entire record. To the argument pressed upon us that the plaintiff was not injured in the manner testified to by being caught in the belt of the machine and thrown- against a post, we can only say, in the light of the testimony and the charge of the court, the jury have found in accordance with bis allegation.
