Appellant Gregory Edward Carr appeals from the denial of his pro se petition for credit for bail time. The trial court apparently treated this petition as a motion to vacate judgment and sentence pursuant to Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. and denied the motion without an evidentiary hearing.
