This case came before the Court for hearing upon confirmation of the Debtors’ Chapter 13 plan. The plan as originally proposed provided for monthly payments in the amount of $200.00 to the Trustee, which funds were to be used to pay priority expenses and certain secured claims. Particularly important in the framework of the plan was the curing of defaults to Percy Wilson Mortgage & Finance Co. (Wilson), which held a first security interest in the Debtors’ residence.
