The matter before the court is a Motion for Avoidance of Poor Liens (Rule 4003(d)) filed by Salem, South Dakota, Attorney Michael E. Unke on behalf of Debtors and objected to by Madison, South Dakota, Attorney Wilson Kleibacker, acting as Lake County State’s Attorney representing Lake County, South Dakota.
