LEVINSON, Judge.

Lawrence Hanton (defendant) was convicted of second-degree murder on 24 March 1999. The State presented the trial court with a *251prior record level worksheet that included several prior convictions of defendant in the State of New York. Based on the worksheet, the trial court found that defendant had a prior record Level V. The trial court further found one aggravating factor and one mitigating factor, concluding that the aggravating factor outweighed the mitigating factor.
