Senn, S.
Anna M. Hemstreet of Canastota, N. Y., the testatrix, died on or about the 8th day of June, 1916, leaving a last will and testament, which has been duly admitted' to probate. The will, among other things, contains the following:
“ Second. I give, devise and bequeath, to the Trustees of the Village of Canastota, 1ST. Y. and their successors in office, in trust, for the purpose of creating, establishing and maintaining, under the following terms and conditions and the provisions of this grant and devise, my home situate in the Village of Canastota, N.
