¶ 1. Larry Jarrett appeals the judgment of the Pontotoc County Circuit Court finding him individually liable for damages that Roy F. Dillard (Dillard) received incident to a previous'workers’ compensation claim against Dixie Products Company, which was owned by Jarrett and his children. Jarrett appeals and claims that the circuit court should have found that the claim of Dillard’s estate (the Estate) was untimely, and the doctrine of res judicata precluded the Estate from raising that claim, because Dillard failed to raise that issue during Dillard’s initial lawsuit…
