Final judgment: This matter came before the court pursuant to the Rules of Summary Procedure, without jury.

Plaintiff was a member of the defendant club, a private corporation, offering its facilities for exercise and recreation. On April 4, 1979, following the usual practice, plaintiff was given a key to one of the lockers maintained on the premises to store personal belongings while using the facilities.
