Plaintiff, Donna McCarthy, brought this premises liability action against defendants, Victor Kunicki and Pam Averi, for injuries sustained by her daughter, Jessica McCarthy, when she slipped and fell on the basement stairs at defendants’ home. Following trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants.
