Plaintiffs in error filed their bill in chancery, alleging that on October 2,1890, Jeremiah Taylor executed his last will and testament, devising and bequeathing his real and personal estate to Orlando M. D. Ham and others, who were made defendants; that afterwards, on November 28, 1892, said Jeremiah Taylor was lawfully married to Mary E'. T. Farmer; that prior to said marriage the parties thereto, on November 22, 1892, entered into an ante-nuptial contract, in which it was agreed that said Mary E. T. Farmer should take in lieu of dower, homestead, inheritance, distribution or award, §2000,…
