On April 14, 1972, the plaintiff-appellee, hereinafter referred to as the appellee, obtained a divorce from the defendant-appellant, hereinafter referred to as the appellant, in the Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga County, Domestic Relations Division, on the grounds of gross neglect of duty. In the divorce decree, the court granted custody of the couple’s child to the appellee and ordered the appellant to pay $15.00 per week for child support and $30.00 per week for alimony. Subsequent to the divorce decree, the parties filed various motions with the court which are not relevant to this appeal…
