Sheila Hamanaka (“debtor”) filed a petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 10, 1984. Thereafter the plaintiff, the debtor’s former husband, commenced an adversary proceeding to determine the dischargeability of his debt for attorneys’ fees and expenses.
