WILLIAMS, Justice.
Lyn B. Davis and Harold Beverly, as plaintiffs, sued C. C. Freeman, Tom Gardner and Dallas Loan & Mortgage Company, a corporation, as defendants, alleging that, as licensed real estate brokers, they were entitled to real estate commission against the defendants Freeman and Gardner, owners of the property involved, and, in the alternative, plaintiffs sought damages against Dallas Loan & Mortgage Company, for alleged fraudulent interference with the consummation of the sale of the property involved.
