Appellee, Amos Anderson, plaintiff below, obtained a judgment in the Circuit Court of Carroll County, against appellants, Furches Motor Company, Inc. and its manager, V. P. Chamblee, for damages for the wrongful seizure and possession of an automobile sold by Furches Motor Company to Anderson under a conditional sale contract. By agreement the case was tried without a jury, and the circuit court rendered a judgment for Anderson for both actual and punitive damages against both defendants in the sum of $527.30.
