CLEMENS, Commissioner.

These three appeals stem from a partition suit. The first appeal, Number 33-808, is by defendant Edward Klamberg and concerns a $600 fee allowed each of three commissioners appointed to make partition in kind. The second and third appeals concern a post-trial order allowing plaintiff’s attorney a $3,710 fee, from which order both plaintiff and defendant appealed. Mr. Klamberg’s appeal is Number 33-809 *741and Mrs. Klamberg’s is Number 33-817. The three appeals have been consolidated.
