This is an appeal from an order of the district court, Lewis and Clark County, admitting to probate a carbon copy of the will of Wallace J. Hartman, Sr., hereinafter referred to as decedent.

Decedent was a resident of Lewis and Clark. County at the time of his death on January 29, 1976. He was survived by three children: Wallace J. Hartman, Jr., Shirley Hartman, respondent here and Delores Puckett, appellant here. It is undisputed that decedent had properly executed a will on March 22, 1974, in the office of Charles M.
