The plaintiff, Dr. C. H. Hill, individually and for the use and benefit of his minor daughter, Evelyn Hill, brought this suit to recover $15,075 for damages and injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of an automobile collision which occurred about 7 p. m. on July 3, 1930.

The plaintiff alleges that his daughter was riding as a guest on the rear seat of an automobile driven by Dale Cobb; and that, while said automobile was traveling south on the Monroe-Alexandria highway, the defendant, Joseph Mickel, entered said highway without stopping, from a side road, and carelessly and…
