KNOCH, Circuit Judge.
This action was submitted to the Trial Court on two stipulations of fact and the pleadings for declaratory judgment to construe certain provisions of a “Comprehensive General Liability Policy”, containing a products (vendor’s) endorsement. Defendant (hereinafter called “Travelers”,) appeals from judgment *776for plaintiff, (hereinafter called “Sears”,) on the ground that the Trial Court’s conclusions of law are erroneous.
