LIPEZ, Circuit Judge.
The petitioner, Fady Louis Hana, a native and citizen of Egypt, appeals an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming a decision of the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) that rejected his application for asylum as untimely, found no extraordinary circumstances that would excuse the late filing, and denied his claims for withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture. We affirm the BIA’s decision.
