When this cause was originally decided by the majority of this court, I merely expressed the view that I was in accord with the trial court in holding that appellee was not liable for the torts alleged to have been committed by Local Union No. 47 or its Executive Board done outside of the constitution and by-laws of the International Union; and, if perchance, appellant was deprived of a valuable rig-lit guaranteed to him as a member of the local union, and damages resulted therefrom, he should redress' his wrong against the wrongdoer.
