¶ 1. A Clarke County Circuit Court jury convicted Antwain Thomas of selling cocaine, and the court sentenced him as a subsequent drug offender and habitual offender to sixty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), with the sentence to run consecutively to the balance of a sentence on Thomas’s prior conviction for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
