This action is before the Court on remand from the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, for further proceedings on the issue of whether the requirements of the diversity jurisdiction statute, 28 ILS.C. § 1832(a), have been satisfied so as to bring this ease within the subject matter jurisdiction of - this Court.
