Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schuyler County (Argetsinger, J.), rendered June 28, 2004, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of murder in the second degree and robbery in the first degree.
Following the shooting death of Theresa Ford in her home in August 2002 in the Town of Orange, Schuyler County, defendant was charged in a six-count indictment with felony murder, two counts of robbery in the first degree and other charges.
