The debtor, William Silk, filed a Motion for Enforcement of the Automatic Stay, Sanctions and Attorney’s Fees for Violation of the Automatic Stay Under § 362 [# 41] (the “Motion”) against New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (“HESAA”). HESAA filed an opposition [# 53] (the “Opposition”) to the Motion. The matter was taken under advisement after a hearing held on November 24, 2015.
