STEGER, District Judge.

On this day came on to be considered the Plaintiffs Motion to Remand. After careful consideration, the Court is of the opinion that the following order should issue.

I.' FACTS

This is a products liability case in which the plaintiffs (a husband and wife) allege that Ms. Johnson was severely injured while operating a riding mower manufactured by Snapper Division of Fuqua Industries (“Snapper”).
