This is an appeal by writ of error from a judgment in a garnishment suit in the 108th district court of Potter county, Tex. General Sports Manufacturing Company, defendant in error, as plaintiff below, filed a garnishment suit in which the Doniphan Oil & Gas Company, a Texas corporation, was named as the garnishee. The plaintiff in error, Walter G. Russell, was one of the original defendants in cause No. 6576 in said court in which suit Wilson-Western Sporting Goods Company, a Delaware corporation, recovered judgment against the defendants for the sum of $2,032.98.
