Affirming.
The appellee, Herbert Schein, is a graduate of Middlesex College, in Waltham, Massachusetts, a veterinary college organized and approved under the laws of that state, which authorized it to confer the degree of “Doc tor of Veterinary Medicine” upon graduates completing the prescribed course of study. He completed that course and on December 1, 1944, it conferred upon him that degree and issued to him a diploma to that effect.
