Plaintiff, Barbara Sabol, brought suit charging discrimination on the basis of racé in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985, and 1986 against defendants, John E. Snyder, Assistant Commissioner, Division of Vocational Education, Department of Education for the State of Kansas; and C. Taylor Whittier, Commissioner of Education for the State of Kansas.
The United States District Court for the District of Kansas sustained a motion to dismiss on behalf of Whittier, finding no evidence to sustain plaintiff’s claim against him. The case was tried to the judge, and as against…
