(1) The descriptions of this property for the years sued for, as contained in the tax-books, and as stated in the petition, were so vague and indefinite as to fail to support a judgment. This is an action to enforce the lien of the state for certain taxes alleged to be due and owing on certain real estate belonging to defendant in Jackson county. The taxes for which the action is brought are for the years 1886, 1887 and 1888.
