J. Mrs. Bendig appeals from a judgment of the district court of Galveston county, admitting to probate, over her protest, the will of Louis Fullhas. It is thought no more satisfactory statement of the case as developed might be presented than that made by the trial court in findings of fact and conclusions of law, filed at appellant's request. Except one immaterial omission, in full it is as follows:
