This is an action to recover treble damages under section 62-161, Oregon Code 1930, for an alleged violation of Order No. 1131 of the Public Service Commission of Oregon in its cause No. F-1083. The plaintiff corporation owns and operates a milling plant for the manufacture of flour and other grain products in the city of Portland. Each of the defendants are common carrier railroads and Portland is a terminus common to all defendants.
