delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendants appeal from a judgment ordering them to convey real estate to the plaintiffs in specific enforcement of a contract. They contend that the plaintiffs were in default at the time set for closing and that the court erred in refusing to give effect to the provision of the contract providing time to be of tire essence.
