A substituted beneficiary of an insurance policy issued upon the life of a person as a member of a.group brought suit against the insurer on the policy after death of the insured, praying for a judgment for the amount specified in the policy. A demurrer to the petition was overruled, and exceptions pendente lite were filed. The defendant filed an answer admitting certain allegations of the petition and denying others.
