Defendant was tried for the offense of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and (d) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The trial occupied the period March 26, 1984, to April 7, 1984. A verdict of guilty was returned on April 7, 1984. Pending before the Court are the Defendant’s Renewed Motion for Judgment of Acquittal, filed on April 7, 1984, during the course of the jury’s deliberations.
