Before the Court is the Application of Archer & Associates, P.C., (“Archer”) for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Counsel for Debtor. This Court has jurisdiction over this proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(a) and 1334, and under the general order of reference of the district court.
