SMART, Judge.

Appellant, the Director of Revenue (“Director”), appeals the judgment of the trial court setting aside the revocation of driving privileges of the respondent, Emmett L. Bus-sell. We reverse and remand due to the lack of a record.

On August 7, 1996, Bussell was sent a notice informing him that his privilege to drive a motor vehicle in Missouri was being revoked for ten years, pursuant to § 302.060(9), RSMo 1994, on the basis that he had been convicted more than twice of an offense relating to driving while intoxicated.
