In this case, defendant was issued a citation for violating section 1002-(b)(6) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58, as amended, 75 PS §1002, a summary offense. Thereafter, a warrant was issued for defendant’s arrest. A hearing was held before the issuing authority and defendant was found guilty. Defendant paid his fine and costs on December 13, 1972.
