Judgment unanimously reversed on the law without costs and judgment granted in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court erred in declaring that Scottsdale Insurance Company (defendant) was obligated to pay half of the costs incurred in defending plaintiff Roofing Consultants, Inc. (Roofing Consultants) in the underlying action and to pay half of any award entered against Roofing Consultants in that action.
