FONES, Justice.
Plaintiff brought suit based upon T.C.A. §§ 9-8-307(a)(I) and (J) 1 against the State of Tennessee for damages for personal injuries she received while riding as a passenger in an automobile that was wrecked at a curve on U.S. Highway 41A in Franklin County.
