WIGGINTON, Judge.
This appeal is from an order rendered by appellee Insurance Commissioner of Florida amending, and as amended approving, a filing respecting rates to be charged for workmen’s compensation insurance submitted by the National Council on Compensation Insurance in behalf of its stock company members and subscribers.
