Under Kings County indictment No. 8074/89, the defendant *830was charged with the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. On February 1, 1990, she pleaded guilty to the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree in full satisfaction of the indictment and the matter was adjourned for sentencing.
